Fighting anxiety, stress, or depression? Or maybe you have a hyper-critical voice in your head that never shuts up. Maybe you’re not even sure what’s wrong with you but everything in your life just feels off or unsatisfying. This is the workshop for you! You might feel like you’ve tried everything, but you haven’t tried this! This workshop will introduce you to the specific breathing technique we will be using to clear away stress, anxiety, depression, your internal critic, and more! If you want to make big changes in your life in 2020, start here! Class meets from 7pm-8:30pm every Monday in February, 2/3, 2/10, 2/17, 2/24.
