Virtual BreathWork - Wednesday, May 6th
Your mental health is at the forefront of my mind, so while we continue to navigate through this time together, I'll be offering Virtual BreathWork sessions at a "pay what you can" rate (regularly $30).

About the Event
This BreathWork class will be held virtually on Zoom. You'll recieve a Zoom meeting code in an email prior to the class, as well as a BreathWork Waiver that MUST be signed prior to the class.
What to wear
Comfortable layers, yoga-type clothing or anything loose fitting around your waist, socks if you tend to be cold
What you need
Yoga mat (if you have one), light blanket, eye mask if you need help blocking out light
What to eat before
Nothing! BreathWork is best on an empty stomach. A light snack (such as fruit, nuts, avocado, cheese) not less than an hour before the session is OK.

After the session
Self-care is important after a session. Rest, take an Epsom salt bath, drink plenty of water.
The session itself will last approximately one hour. Music will continue for approximately 20 minutes so you can savor the experience.
