About the Event
What to wear
Comfortable layers, yoga-type clothing or anything loose fitting around your waist, socks if you tend to be cold
What to bring
Yoga mat (if you have one), light blanket, eye mask (highly recommended), water bottle
What to eat before
Nothing! BreathWork is best on an empty stomach. A light snack (such as fruit, nuts, avocado, cheese) not less than an hour before the session is OK.
What to expect
Breakthroughs, transformation, clarity, peace
After the session
Self-care is important after a session. Rest, take an Epsom salt bath, drink plenty of water.
The session itself will last approximately one hour.
